Sri Amarnath Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider various business including consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window wall be closed for purchase/sale of shares of the Company for designated employees, which include Directors and officers from November 05, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended on September 30, 2016 in the meeting scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016.
