Raghuvansh Agrofarms Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company for consideration and approval of Financial Result for the period ended on September 30, 2016 is going to be held on November 14, 2016, Further, in this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 02, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). This communication has already been circulated to all Directors/Officers/ Designated Employees.
