Thiru Arooran Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016, In view of the above, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees/’connected person of the Company from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
