V B Desai Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Companys securities by the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company or any connected person shall remain closed from November 07, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
