ABC Gas International Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to among other matters, 1. To consider and approved the unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Trading Window) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain close for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2016 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from November 11, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
