Martin Burn Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Six months ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Company’s code of conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from November 01, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
