Noesis Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and 6 months ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from November 02, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and 6 months ended September 30, 2016.
