Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct, the "Trading Window" shall be closed from November 03, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (Both days inclusive) for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
