Max Ventures and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company together with Limited Review by the Auditors for the Quarter and half year ended September 30,2016. Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, Key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company from November 04, 2016 until November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
