R P P Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 and any other business, if required. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from November 07, 2016 till 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016 for Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company.
