Spectra Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the 4th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities would be closed from November 04, 2016 till closure of Companys business hours on November 14, 2016. Accordingly, directors/designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members are now prohibited from trading in the Companys securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
