Olympia Capitals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in connection with the above, as per the company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
