Jindal Poly Investment and Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that next meeting of board of directors of Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following: - Un-Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. - Further, as per Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for Directors, KMPs and Designated Persons of the Company covered under the said code from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
