Aayush Food and Herbs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider, Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours after the results of Board Meeting as referred above are made public for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
