Vama Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter- alia to consider and approve the Un - Audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016. In this connection, as per the Companys Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
