Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 till November 14, 2016.
