Soni Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2016 along with the limited review report of the auditors. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window closure period would commences from 05:00 p.m. on November 04, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 11, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities.
