HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, please note that the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
