Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 09, 2016, to take on record the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2). Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Banks Code of Conduct for Insiders, the trading window has been closed from November 01, 2016 (intimated vide Banks letter dated October 31, 2016) for the Directors, Central Statutory Auditors and Designated Persons of the Bank and shall be re-opened on November 12, 2016 in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
