Arihant Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016 to consider and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter / Half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, for the above purpose and as per the Companys Internal Code of Conducts for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for Specified Persons from November 04, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours from November 14, 2016 after the results are made available to public.
