NHC Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider and approve, inter - alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 till 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016. Accordingly, all the designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Companys shares during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
