CJ Gelatine Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia for considering and approving the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company along with statement of assets & liabilities for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from November 05, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the September quarter results to the public. This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the said meeting of the Board of Directors.
