IMP Powers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on November 10, 2016, to consider and approve, inter alia, the Un-audited Financial Results (consolidated & standalone) for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting Trading By Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close from closing hours of November 02, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours from the time the Outcome is communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting i.e. November 10, 2016.
