Pacheli Industrial Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 [both days inclusive].
