Anna Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company has been closed from November 03, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both day inclusive).
