Camson Seeds Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, for the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s Policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading and as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed from November 05, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the specified persons as per the Policy. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
