ACE Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016 to consider and approve un-audited results of the company for the quarter/half year ended on September 30, 2016 and to consider and approve other agenda. Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Ace Software Exports Limited, Company has informed all the "Connected persons", "Directors" and "Designated employees" and concerned persons that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 6.00 p.m. on November 03, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 12, 2016.
