Alora Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the Board Meeting to review the aforesaid the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed for trading in Companys equity shares for Designated Persons from November 03, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
