Alka India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business: - To consider and to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/ officers and Designated Employees of the Company including their immediate relatives from November 04, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016 to the public in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016.
