KG Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following businesses: - Approval of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, Trading window for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain close from November 03, 2016 to November 17, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016 at 05.00 P.M. to consider and approve Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. All the designated directors and employees were advised not to deal in the Shares of the company during the aforesaid period.
