Chadha Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 09, 2016 to November 14, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the Companys shares/securities.
