AGC Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of Company will be held on November 09, 2016, inter-alia, to consider & approve Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the code of conduct of the Company adopted under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company is remaining closed from October 25, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
