Birla Capital & Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to approve & take on record, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Shares of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) and will open on November 14, 2016 for the Promoters, Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
