Manvijay Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in view of the above and pursuant to the Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons, the Trading Window/ for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from November 03, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Companys securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window shall remain closed. However, exercise of stock options during the trading window closure period as aforesaid is permitted.
