Mercury Trade Links Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of directors of the Company is schedule to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be dosed from November 03, 2016 till November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the specified person defined in the code inter alia for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter anti half year ended September 30, 2016 in terms of the provision of securities of Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
