Jattashankar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all the employees/Directors/designated persons of the Company from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
