Skyline Millars Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, to approve the unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by the promoters, Directors and Designated employees of the Company and all the persons covered under the code will be closed from November 03, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
