Resonance Specialties Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016; Pursuant to this, the Trading window as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, shall remain closed from November 07, 2016 to November 14, 2016.
