Chhattisgarh Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2016 is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, to consider to discuss and approve the following businesses: - The Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 along with the limited review report of the auditors. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days Inclusive), Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 05, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days Inclusive).
