Lactose India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business: - To approve and adopt Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 08, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
