Ceeta Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said Regulation from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
