Kavit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window’ for dealing with Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (Both the day inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held as given above.
