Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 10, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve, Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the second quarter and half year ended September 09, 2016 (Q2) Further, in terms of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
