Karma Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following : 1. the adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. 2. The Limited Review Report of the Auditors in respect of the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
