James Warren Tea Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct as framed by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purposes.
