To consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with company’s code of the conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all the Directors, and designated personnel of the company from November 03, 2016 to till November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
