Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, it may please be noted that the Trading Window of the Company is closed from 4th November and shall be opened 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are approved by the Board of Directors on November 14, 2016.
