Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (both standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 201 6. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on November 14, 2016.
