Anuh Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company would meet on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016; Further, with reference to the above, we also wish to inform you that in accordance with code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company & pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others covered under the said Code, from November 04, 2016 till November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
