Prime Focus Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for approval of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
